Item Condition Ratings

The following numerical ratings (1 – 5) are used when describing the physical condition of any of the items for sale in the FlyBoyz Store. The Item Condition Rating will be displayed in the ‘Additional information‘ tab of every item description.

1 – New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging is the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag. See the product listing for full details and description.

2 – New — Open box: An item in excellent, new condition with no functional defects. The item may be missing original packaging or shrink wrapping and may have been used for testing or demo purposes. The item includes accessories found with the original product. See the product listing for full details and description.

3 – Very Good: An item that does not look new and has been opened but is in excellent condition. No obvious damage to the kit contents. Very minimal wear and tear to the box or contents. No missing or damaged parts. See the product listing for full details and description of any imperfections.

4 – Good: An item that has been used but is in good condition. Very minimal damage to the box including scuff marks, dents, or creases but no holes or tears. The majority of item parts are undamaged with minimal wear or use. See the product listing for full details and description of any imperfections.

5 – Acceptable: An item with obvious wear. May have some damage to the box but integrity still intact. The item or kit contents may be slightly damaged but integrity is still intact. Possible missing items or kit parts. Some parts of a kit may be removed from manufacturers sheet stock and/or construction of some sub-assemblies may have been started. See the product listing for full details and description of any imperfections.
